A popular program in 2009 and 2010, Hula Hoop classes with Sheryl Wilson of Fitnotic resumed this week as the new and improved Hoop34. Ms. Wilson is a certified personal trainer and Hoopnotica-certified hoopdance instructor. Her expertise and enthusiasm will have you shaking it like a pro in no time.
Hula hooping is well regarded as a fun way to get fit, but it’s also great for simply having a good time. You can join in anytime during weekly Hoop34 classes, and participate for as long as you want. The lessons will meet each Monday through August 31, from 6pm-7pm. The classes are free and open to all skill levels and ages, kids and adults alike. Hula hoops are provided, along with fun tunes to hoop along to.
