Joining the Bryant Park neighborhood is a "dream," says company founder.
Commercial real estate leasing and management giant VTS recently announced plans to move its offices to 114 West 41st Street, just half a block from Bryant Park. As Lauren Elkies Schram reports in Commercial Observer, VTS signed a lease for more than 15,700 square feet at the 22-story building owned by Equity Office, and will occupy the entire 11th floor.
“Being a stone’s throw from Bryant Park in the most creative space in Midtown is a dream for our team,” Ryan Masiello, the chief revenue officer and a co-founder of VTS, said in the press release.
The building owners also expressed satisfaction with the deal and with the development of the neighborhood. “Our repositioning of this building is resonating strongly with growing companies like VTS who value not only cutting-edge office space and tenant amenities, but also close proximity to everything from hip restaurants to specialty fitness and year-round offerings in Bryant Park,” said Zachary Freeman, an in-house broker at Equity Office.
