Fierce Flo classes at Broadway Boulevard combine hot dance steps with the latest in fitness techniques.
34th Street Partnership welcomes a new member to the Sweat34 lineup, as Fierce Flo classes, taught by instructors from DanceSport, begin a three-session run on June 7. Fierce Flo is an interval workout that combines the hottest moves in Dancehall, Hip Hop, Brazilian Funk, and Soca with the latest fitness techniques for a fun and easy-to-follow dance fitness class. The workouts elevate the heart rate, then focus on all major muscle groups, including lower body and core, and conclude with a total body stretch.
Classes meet on three consecutive Tuesdays, 6pm-7pm, at Broadway Boulevard between 34th and 35th Streets. Pre-registration at Eventbrite is recommended, so choose your date and click to reserve your spot: June 7, June 14, or June 21.
Sweat34 brings an invigorating array of exercise classes to Broadway Boulevard all summer long. Look for Ironstrength classes by Dr. Jordan Metzl to debut on June 28, and save the date for the return of yoga, conducted by instructors from Pop Up Yoga NYC, on August 2.
