There's Still Time to Skate

As March 5 approaches, only 20 more days remain of free-admission ice skating at Bank of America Winter Village.

Time flies, and never so fast as when people are having fun. For the past fifteen weeks, skaters have enjoyed free skating at The Rink at Bank of America Winter Village. It’s been a great run, but time is running out if you haven’t made it to the park yet.

You have until Sunday, March 5 to enjoy Manhattan’s only free-admission skating rink. This year’s new design is a knock-out, and we’ve made it more comfortable and convenient than ever to steal away and enjoy a spin.

So, make it a point to get to the park. A brisk turn on the ice at lunchtime or right after work does wonders for the spirit. If you don’t like crowds, here’s a secret: come early. Mornings are a great time at The Rink – the ice isn’t so crowded, the air is brisk, and you’ll have the space and confidence to try new moves. It’s your choice: wait out winter in your office cubicle, or rise up, walk to Bryant Park, lace up your skates and enjoy the best skating experience the city has to offer.
