Look out for scenes filmed at Heiskell Plaza in the show's upcoming season.

Bryant Park will soon be making an appearance on one of HBO’s biggest hits. On Sunday, March 5, the cast and crew from the network’s comedy series Veep were at Bryant Park to shoot a scene. Reid Scott, who portrays the much put-upon Deputy Director of Communications Dan Egan, was filmed walking past the subway entrance near Heiskell Plaza at the northwest corner of the park.

NYC continues to be a popular location for TV and movie production companies, and more and more, they are choosing Bryant Park for staging their shoots. The beautiful, bustling park, located amid some of the city’s greatest architecture, provides a stage that leaves no room for doubt that the scene is taking place in New York City.
