Spring gets a jumpstart this Saturday when Le Carrousel in Bryant Park hosts a special Caribbean/Mardi Gras-style Carnaval. This is the perfect opportunity for kids and parents to shake off those late-winter blues, get some fresh air, and have a blast at the city’s most charming carousel.
Cali Co Cat will tell a story or two, and there will be face-painting and crafts as well. Throughout the entire event, DJ Flip Bundlez will spin island beats that are impossible to resist.
Le Carrousel Kids Carnaval runs from 1pm-3pm on Saturday, April 1. It’s free, but we recommend you register here beforehand. Afterwards, take plenty of rides on your favorite merry-go-round. It’s just $3 a spin, and $20 still gets you ten rides
