From baos to burgers, this year's market has more options than ever.
Starting tomorrow, hungry office workers, residents, and shoppers on 34th Street will have dozens more food and drink options from which to choose from as Broadway Bites, produced by 34th Street Partnership and Urbanspace, returns to Greeley Square Park. This year’s lineup features another tantalizing array of lunch, dessert, and beverage options inspired by cuisines from around the world.
There’s something for every palette. Participating food vendors include: Mighty Quinn's BBQ, (slow-smoked barbecue); DAA! (dumplings inspired by Russia, and elsewhere); Matzahbrei (a modern take on a traditional delight); Hold My Knots (garlic knot sliders); Hai Street Kitchen (Japanese-inspired sushi burritos); Mr Bing (Beijing street crepes); Jicama (California street food); Enfes NYC (Turkish delicacies); Chingu (Korean favorites with a modern twist); Mi Burger (rice buns with various fillings); Todaro Bros. (Italian heroes); Bao by Kaya (Taiwanese); Baked Cheese Haus (raclette); Stout NYC (burgers and brats from NYC’s largest bar); Melt Kraft (grilled cheese); Don Don (Japanese curry bowls and bites); Frida’s Favorites (traditional Mexican soul food); Kimchi Bowl (Korean barbecue); Chick’n Cone (crispy chicken in a waffle cone); Domo Taco, (cross-cultural taqueria); Hank’s Juicy Beef (Italian beef sandwiches); East Coast Poke (fish, rice ,and add-ons); and Arepa Factory (hand-crafted arepas and cachapas).
If you’re parched, stop by Renegade Lemonade or choose from over a delicious selection of beer at Top Hops. And for a sweet treat, try Macaron Parlour, Squish Marshmallows, The Doughnut Project, Ice & Vice, or Mochidoki.
Broadway Bites opens on June 1 and operates daily, 11am-9pm, through July 14. Looking ahead, Broadway Bites’ fall session opens on October 4 and runs through November 10.
