Book Club To Focus on Fiction

Now with an additional session each month, Book Club is back and better than ever.

Book Club: Food for Thought returns to Park East at One Penn Plaza on Wednesday June 21 when 34th Street Partnership’s free literary season launches its fourth season. The focus for the season is on fiction, and we have selected an engaging array of best-sellers and widely anticipated pre-publication titles.

This year, along with our traditional lunchtime sessions (12pm–12:45pm), we’re offering an additional session at happy-hour (5:30pm–6:15pm). Discussions are led by Jessica Strand, co-creator and host NYPL’s former Books at Noon program. Free coffee is provided, and you can pick up a free copy of the book to be discussed at the Midtown Recess cart, located at Park West. Books are provided by Penguin Random House and are available while supplies last.
