Test your skills on the Lawn at the yearâ��s first Kubb Tournament on July 19.
If you think you’re pretty good at Kubb, take note because Bryant Park is holding the first Kubb Tournament of the season on Wednesday, July 19. The single-elimination, bracket–style tournament will be held on the Lawn and is free and open to everyone.
Pre-registration is advised to ensure your team’s participation, and teams consisting of between two and six players can pre-register online. Only one registration per team is needed and be sure to include all members’ names in andto check in with the Games Host when you arrive for the tournament.
You can also take a chance withon-site registration, which begins at 5:30pm the day of the tournament, if space allows. Registration will close, and spots will be turned over to wait-listed registrants, beginning at 5:50pm. Play begins promptly at 6pm.
Remember, Putting + Kubb, located just south of the Fountain Terrace and next to Southwest Porch, is open daily, 11am–8pm. Just ask the Games Host, who will arrange your time and issue equipment for free use. If you’ve never played Kubb, read up on our website.
