MidCity News readers receive an exclusive discount for this year's Barefoot Ball bash featuring DJ Grandmaster Flash.
Last summer’s bash, Barefoot Ball, returns to Bryant Park on Wednesday, July 26. Everyone is invited to kick off their shoes and dance to the beats of the legendary DJ Grandmaster Flash. There’s an open bar with beer and wine, food for purchase from our favorite eateries, and curated activities. It’s going to be a blast, so purchase your tickets now!
Even more important, this party is for a good cause: proceeds go directly toward supporting Bryant Park’s 1,000+ annual free activities and programs. Barefoot Ball is supported by WeWork, Essentia Water, with wine and beer provided by Sud de France, Jean-Luc Colombo, Remy Pannier, Roscato, Williams Chase, Lagunitas Brewing Company, Sixpoint Brewery, and Sierra Nevada.
The highlight of the evening is music provided by Grandmaster Flash, but there will be plenty of other stuff to do, and with all the dancing and drinking you’ll need sustenance. Providing food for purchase are our partners Alidoro, Takumi Taco, and Taiyaki NYC.
Tickets are available online. A Barefoot Baller ticket gets you guaranteed entrance, access to food for purchase and onsite activities, and three hours at the Beer and Wine Open Bar. Bump up to Barefoot Boss and you get all the above plus VIP entrance, access to the VIP area with dedicated beer and wine bars and VIP activities including a sangria bar brought to you by Chef Jose Garces’ Ortzi, tickets redeemable for food, a pair of flip-flops, and a Barefoot Ball Gift Bag. The Barefoot Bungalow package provides all VIP privileges for eight people, plus a private bungalow. If you opt for Barefoot Baller or Barefoot Boss tickets, be sure to enter the exclusive MidCity News discount code MCNBFB to receive a 10% price reduction.
Barefoot Ball is on the Lawn, 7pm-11pm on Wednesday, July 26. Tickets are going fast, so get yours today. You must be 21 years of age to attend and we will check, so please bring a government-issued ID. Dress to be photographed!
