Wednesday Morning Workouts with The Rise

Early-morning Boot Camp sessions continue year-round in the park.

The Rise NYC

Although Bryant Park is a dynamic space that changes with each season, Boot Camp by The Rise NYC sticks around for all 52 weeks of the year. No matter the month, season, or weather, you can count on The Rise to be there on Wednesday mornings. 

The Rise NYC is a community driven pop-up fitness group that has found a home on the park’s Fountain Terrace. The vigorous, 30-minute session blends cardio with strength training and includes rotations through exercises like crunches, planks, push-ups, burpees, and mountain climbers. It is a great way to start the morning, and will send you to the office ready to face the day. For an idea of what to expect, check out this video.

Boot Camp is free and open to all and meets at 6:30am on Wednesdays, year-round, rain or shine. No equipment is necessary, and smiles and high-fives are strictly encouraged.
