Bryant Park PresentsShakespeare winds up another successful season of theater with a production of The Tempest beginning this Friday. Produced by The Drilling Company and sponsored by TNT’s series Will, the play is performed by the irreverent and inventive theater company on the park’s Upper Terrace.

The production includes performances at 7pm–9pm on Friday, August 25 and Saturday, August 26, with the same schedule being followed the following two weekends.

As with all programs at Bryant Park, it’s free and open to everyone, and the Friday performances are presented in conjunction with three Friday Picnics. Stock up on choice food selections at Hester Street Fair on the park’s Fountain Terrace, grab a blanket - available for use at no charge at the Park Shop & Info Tent – and spread out on the Lawn to enjoy the performance.
