Two More Chances to Fence

Pre-register to secure your spot in the final beginner classes of the year.

If learning one of the world’s most elegant martial arts in the shadow of the beautiful New York Public Library appeals to you, take notice, because there are only two more sessions of Bryant Park’s Fall Fencing classes left in the season.  

Fencing offers free lessons, conducted by masters from the nearby Manhattan Fencing Center, to anyone interested in learning. The final two sessions, conducted on the Fifth Avenue Terrace at 41st Street and Fifth Avenue, are at 1:30pm-2:30pm on Friday, October 6 and October 13. No prior experience is necessary, and equipment is provided. Pre-registration is required at Drop-ins will only be accepted if space allows. You must be 16 or older to participate.
