Harvest Displays Return

Displays of pumpkins, hay, and cornstalks installed at 34th Street public spaces.

Jane Kratochvil

The weather has been unseasonably warm, but the harvest season is upon us and soon it will be Thanksgiving. To help foster a festive atmosphere, 34th Street Partnership recently placed harvest displays in the parks at Herald and Greeley Squares and Broadway Boulevard.

Visitors will find stacks of hay bales and cornstalks, overflowing with colorful autumn vegetables including carving pumpkins, sugar pumpkins, cheese pumpkins, and assorted squash.

Check them out the next time you’re passing by, relaxing at our public spaces, or looking for something to eat at Broadway Bites.
