Public Fare Now Open on the Deck

Stop by for a rink-side drink or meal. This year's menu features a tasty mix of returning favorites and intriguing newcomers.

One of the centerpieces of Winter Village is the rink-side eatery Public Fare, open daily and operated by Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group. Offering a delicious selection of starters, salads, sandwiches, dessert, and a full bar, Public Fare is an essential stop during the busy NYC holiday season.

Executive Chef John Karangis has revamped the menu this year, adding French Onion Soup and a Green Salad as starters, two new entree salads including Poached Salmon and Roasted Chicken & Golden Beet, and two hearty sandwiches, Reuben Bratwurst and Ham & Cheese Bratwurst. For dessert, try the Pear & Chocolate Doughnut or a dreamy Brioche Doughnut with Ricotta Cream & Pistachio.

The bar offers a selection of draft and bottled beers, wines by the glass or bottle, and an inventive selection of specialty cocktails, served icy or piping hot. There’s also espresso and coffee drinks, hot cider, teas, and soft drinks.

Public Fare is open daily, 8am–10pm, through March 4, 2018.
