Goodbye and Good Luck to Nina Coveney

Events Manager is bringing her expertise to San Francisco's newest park.

Bryant Park and 34th Street bid a fond farewell to a much-liked and well-respected colleague two weeks ago as Events Manager Nina Coveney departed for a new challenge on the west coast.

A 2012 graduate of Cornell University, Ms. Coveney joined our staff as an Events Intern in May of 2012. It didn’t take long for her to make her mark, and in October of that year she was hired as a full-time Events Associate. She was promoted to Events Manager in 2015.

During her tenure here, she worked on and led some of Bryant Park’s most popular programs, including the HBO Bryant Park Summer Film Festival and our wildly successful Square Dance. A friendly and energetic part of the office, Ms. Coveney truly enjoyed her time here. She loved working outdoors in a beautiful environment, and appreciated being part of our talented staff.

She now moves on to San Francisco, where she is working on the much-anticipated Salesforce Park, a new, 5.4 acre public rooftop park slated to open next spring. We wish her luck and thank her for her excellent work here in NYC.
