A seasonal spot for drinks and eats at Bank of America Winter Village.
Celsius has emerged as one of the best winter spots in mid-Manhattan at which to enjoy a drink or a bite to eat. This seasonal gem offers stunning views of The Rink, lively music, and a menu of comfort foods and specialty drinks that take the edge off of New York City’s winter chill. Try meatball sliders, pan-encrusted buffalo chicken bites, a short rib sandwich, or the Winter Village mac and cheese – just a few favorites from our recent visit to Celsius, recorded on the Bryant Park blog.
The Celsius structure itself is a bit of a wonder. As this blog post in the Village Voice points out, Celsius is a temporary bar and restaurant with a permanent feel to it. Each fall, our partner Upsilon Ventures constructs a fully-functioning, gorgeous restaurant-bar in about 15 days. Not only is it superbly integrated into Bank of America Winter Village, it has its own plumbing, electricity, and gas lines to make it a fully-functioning unit.
There’s still a lot of winter to come, so make sure you experience Celsius before it closes on March 2.
