Bryant Park launches 2014 Tai Chi classes at April 26 event.
Bryant Park Tai Chi opens its 2014 season this Saturday, April 26, as the Tai Chi Chuan Center of New York celebrates World Tai Chi Day with a three-hour demonstration on the Fountain Terrace. With the passing of Master C.K. Chu last winter, we enter a new era as the Center’s new director Jeremy Hubbell leads the session.
World Tai Chi Day at Bryant Park will be held at the Fountain Terrace, 11:00am-2:00pm. Everyone is welcome to come, observe, and participate. Bryant Park Tai Chi classes begin the following Tuesday, April 29, 7:30-8:30am, and continue each Tuesday and Thursday morning through September 25. Master Hubbell and six other instructors from the Tai Chi Chuan Center welcome practitioners of all skill levels to these sessions, which are presented free of charge.
