Warrior Workout Kicks into Gear

Jodi DeCrenza's multi-faceted workout kicks off with opening day bash.

34th Street Partnership welcomes an exciting new exercise program on Thursday, May 22 when Jodi DeCrenza – The Warrior – brings her signature style of body sculpting to Broadway Boulevard, between 34th and 35th Streets. Jodi has 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, and her classes combine aspects of yoga, natural resistance, and cardio to build lean muscle and strengthen the core. The Warrior promises to invigorate and restore your body and spirit, and inspire you to discover your true potential.

For her Broadway debut, Ms. DeCrenza will celebrate in style, with free refreshments for all participants and some cool giveaways. Come on out and discover your inner Warrior!

Free and open to all, regardless of fitness level, The Warrior meets each Thursday, 6:30-7:30pm, through September 25. Beginning in June, the third Thursday of each month will be an Extended Yoga Edition lasting until 8:00pm. No equipment is necessary at The Warrior and people of all fitness levels are welcome – just wear clothes you can move in.
