Italian, Japanese, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese taught in outdoor classroom.

Bryant Park Language Classes have returned for a third season of free language instruction. Led by teachers from inlingua, Bryant Park offers lessons in Beginner Italian, Beginner Japanese, Beginner Spanish, and Beginner Brazilian Portuguese.

These classes are perfect for someone planning a business trip or vacation to countries where these languages are spoken. The lessons are geared toward beginners but are not cumulative, so you can attend at any time.  

Bryant Park Language Classes meet each Monday, 11:45am - 12:30pm, through August 28, at the Upper Terrace adjacent to Bryant Park Café. They are free and open to all. The language varies weekly, so click here for the program’s full schedule.

Pre-register for the class you’d like to take by emailing If you don’t pre-register but find yourself in the park when a class is scheduled, drop by to see if there is room.
