Juggle This!, the city’s premier juggling festival now in its twelfth year, kicks off four days of juggling lessons, performances, and advanced club tricks with two big events at Bryant Park, both of them free and open to all.
Things get underway on Thursday, June 5 at the park’s Upper Terrace. From 12:00 – 4:00pm, we will host four hours of Open Juggling. Everyone is welcome to come and watch, or better yet, get a lesson from one of the experts. Bryant Park’s own juggling crew, led by Alex, Jordan, and Jeff, will be joined by an all-star roster of jugglers providing free lessons.
At 4:00pm, the action moves to the stage on the Upper Terrace for the official Juggle This! Welcome Show. This one-hour show features music and performances by some of the top jugglers in the business. Stephanie Monseu, co-founder of the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus and a fantastic performer in her own right, will host the proceedings and introduce six mind-blowing acts.
Third annual musical chairs event will be a contest of epic proportions.
