Midtown office workers have known it for over two decades: when it comes to enjoying lunch al fresco, nothing beats Bryant Park. So it was only fitting that when USA Today named America’s great places to picnic, Bryant Park was at the top of the list.
“Grab snacks, sandwiches or coffee for picnicking on the football field-sized lawn or at the green chairs and tables at 'wichcraft, or dine on patios overlooking the green at Southwest Porch, or at Bryant Park Grill or Cafe,” urged the author. We might also add that visitors can enjoy world-class gelato at the Talenti Gelato & Sorbetto kiosk on the south side of the lawn.
